Pros

Enjoyable atmosphere; outdoor work; decent benefits.

Cons

Managers work 65+ hours/week, with expectation to work 6 days/week, but you will often work 7 days. Certain managers (Facility, GM) are on-call 24 hrs./day, 7 days/week. There is no work/life balance.

Pros

I’m hard pressed to find anything nice to say passed employee discount on stays at other locations.

Cons

Lack of support from corporate leadership, nepotism at the corporate level, horrible project managers at the property level, lack of support for GM’s unless they are your golden boys and girls.

Cons

-Company "Restructure" every year (Will eliminate positions for no reason) -Corporate that Micromanages -Not willing to pay for experience & knowledge
