Pros
Some of the colleagues that are left are great people and easy to work with. Management kept summer Fridays, which is needed to stomach this place. The pay is competitive.
Cons
NTI took a drastic morale dump with recent layoffs and restructuring that is still leaving huge holes in the company. Our current leader is the parent company global CEO and divides his time amongst several other companies, leaving us not feeling like a priority (also with unrealistic goals). We need a new President that can dedicate the time and efforts into fixing his mess and a director of sales that can rebuild the ENTIRE sales team (2 people is not going to cut it).
