      Pros

      Nothing good . Drama day and night Code green from all units at same time.

      Cons

      Horrific, no team work. You'll be doing for the team that sits ,jokes,laughs and allows the patients go to each other's rooms to have Intercourse. You do the work for 2 to 3 staffs. No time to eat you will feel like fainting at times and still no one cares. Rooms are filthy patients don't bathe not encouraged to bathe. Floors have feces . Patients defecate in the showers. HIV and hepatitis risk besides other diseases. . If you voice your concern they will not like you. Don't come here for treatment the only one given is mistreatment, bullied, teased, over drugged. Adolescent is horrible . Don't bring your loved one there.

      Pros

      The employees are friendly most of the time, PTO hours are easily accessible, able to communicate when time off is needed, and the patients are great.

      Cons

      No raises unless you BEG for one and even then it is barely $100 more a year despite how long you have worked at the company or your work ethic, no help from leadership just constant reprimanding when any mistake is made, ethical practices are questionable, HR does not respond and has a full voicemail box at all times, supervisors do not help when call outs occur. Doctors and nurse practitioners are not considerate to fellow clinicians or staff. They are entitled and have no regard for any other departments schedule. Buildings have no air and have major leaks filling buildings with water each time it rains. No permanent fixes.
