Hi, thanks for sharing your opinion. It's sad to hear that you feel the way you do about us as an employer, and it is important for us to respond to your feedback as clearly as possible. Yes, we focus on long term financial stability and with that comes a focus on profit and efficiency. I agree with you on that. However, with the current covid-19 situation we need to take even more proactive actions and focus on our core business - building the bank of tomorrow. And with that said, we have had to make decisions based on that longterm goal. When it comes to our work environment, our employee engagement surveys and results is not matching your description.
