Where should i start!? ill cover my position first, they pay you a laughable 2.75% of gross. and a 4000 draw. the store makes a whopping 400,000 in gross that is divided evenly between 3 other managers, <2.75% X 400,000 = 11,000 /3= 3,666> now that i owe the company 333.00 they add a 250.00 bonus for good customer reviews to the store (Csi) or a 250.00 deduction for bad (Csi) . The store never ever has good (Csi) because NorthSide Ford is the Worst Dealership in the City for everyone involved. so now that i now owe the Dealership 583.00 dollars . The Gm will give out a bonus around 1000.00 so the staff wont have to pay back there sad excuse for a income. 1000-583.00 i now have to pay back will leave me with a positive 416.00 - taxes. They Bell to Bell everyday. no shift work at all. Life? say goodbye to that ! now lets move on to the salesmen . The salesmen get paid 25% front end gross and a 5% back end gross. a Cash is King bonus up to 45$ max and 100$ good survey money and unit bonus structure , all sounds great, what they have done is given you all this only to take all of it away 25% of front end sounds great if 80% of your average buying comes in on the internet or has looked at the internet while in the store and even the Awesome work force they have working there will give it right to them. so every deal you do will make 150$ mini for your front. and 5%of what ever you get in the back. now onto there bonuses , remember the (Csi) we talked about , it effects the salesmen too. when your (Csi) is below group. that is holycrap high due to the small town dealerships in the world that sell 10 cars a month. all the bonuses that have been promised to you are now gone. leaving you with 25% of no money in the front and 5% of what they can make in the back. ( Preloaded buy the desk for Finance) Northside Ford is a back end store and pay there staff as if it is a Gross store, Beware of this place it will destroy your life. they have a grand total of 2 people on the Sales floor ( not internet department) that have been there over 5 years, everyone else is new within the last 9 months. let me leave you all with this. Northside Ford also has 3 types of "packs" <set aside amount of money saved for the dealership to keep reguardless of the price sold> new car pack 2400$ used car pack 749$ and Floating pack i havent quite figured out the reason for the floating pack. i would assume its to screw you how they see fit at any time. and no ones gets paid on these packs.
