Pros
Great smaller real estate office locally owned and operated. Broker in charge is hands on and always a phone call away when you need him.
Cons
Smaller satellite office mainly but it worked fine for me because most of the time I really never needed to come into the office for anything. But there is work space if needed or a conference room to meet clients in if needed.
