Pros

If you are LUCKY enough to be a part of the NBH ELITE GROUP. You just might be LUCKY enough to maybe do something worthwhile for the clients in residential or outpatient.

Cons

If you are not LUCKY enough to be a part of the NBH ELITE GROUP. This company will blind side you without any prior warning and TERMINATE you!!!

Pros

The clients are wonderful and there is very inexpensive, quality childcare offered. The programs are comprehensive and they do use Procentive. Offers Medica for insurance.

Cons

You’re going to be doing coverage ALL OF THE TIME! I really want to recommend you think about this before you say yes. They are always urgently hiring because of needing staff but can’t retain anyone because of low wages and overworking staff. Leadership and admin are super cliquey and it is concerning. There are employees that started dating because of their weird clique. The clients catch onto this and it’s embarrassing to try and cover it up. They can see through my lies and it makes my credibility worse. The benefits are hit and miss, especially with PTO. 10 days only!! Most other places it’s 21. What’s up here??

Pros

The opportunity to help people who need it. The intentions behind the lower-level staff actually doing the work are good. Anything beyond that is terrible

Cons

A terrible mess of a company to work for. Unethical and uneducated on the industry they work in. They lack the professional credentials to really know about this type of work, and believe that opinions supersede education. Profit drives motives, and their boys-club leadership group is reckless. Know that they have been accused of significant fraud in their sister organizations. I would not send anyone for treatment here, and I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone work for (or with) them.
