None. The leadership at this company is running it into the ground and there is no culture.

Cons

CEO really needs to step down and allow an experienced leader to come in and save this place. Layoffs happening every other week and culture is non existent.

You’ll work with genuinely good people and learn a lot in the first 6 months.

Cons

Senior leadership is short sighted. The business model isn’t profitable and hasn’t been since day one. The company doesn’t actually grow but goes through fits and starts if hiring and layoffs.
