      Pros

      Large budgets, very little oversight, zero accountability for leadership. You can do whatever you want as long as you dress it up in churchy language.

      Cons

      I have never met a leadership team of people who operate less like Christ in the way they operate a business. Radically poor benefits, sky high expectations. They will over promise and under deliver, in the most creative of ways.

      Good benefits, flexible work from home schedule for non campus staff

      Cons

      Large gossip culture, staff is incredibly competitive with each other, pastor is there to support his own agenda
