      Pros

      we have a good team. pay is ok. hours are ok. casual atmosphere. health benefits are somewhat decent. hours are too varied for real life.

      Cons

      lack of confidence in service equaling price. benefits are terrible. no vacation or sick leave so people come to work sick.

      Pros

      Northwest Casacade truly cares about their employees. The unity and benefits of working for a company that sincerely cares about what each individual person is going through is unmatched at any other organizations.

      Cons

      If working hard to achieve goals is a con than okay but Northwest Cascade gives everyone an opportunity to become who they want to be in life.

      They're a successful and diverse company. Most of the people I worked with were good hard-working people.

      Cons

      Very crass and informal. Distant projects make for very early mornings and late nights.
