Pros
People are very friendly and helpful; I enjoyed my team a lot Thursday team lunches and large fridge for snacks Small company makes it easier to get to know everyone WLB was pretty good depending on position, a lot of flexibility in terms of hours Product is pretty cutting-edge and cool to work with Collaborations with some huge clients
Cons
Poor communication among departments Slow to change a lot of processes and do anything about feedback from workers Outdated equipment and lack of good automated technology Lack of many GxP regulations which made it very difficult to troubleshoot product issues Decent amount of turnover Early startup phase meant there was a lot of disorganization as a whole and growing pains
