This company is a joke, its another Add-On to other products and it doesn't even function correctly. The IT upper management has a lot of smart people, however other individuals are full of really self-centric and borderline egotistic people who are driven by their personal hubris and not the greater good for the company. Another thing you will notice, nothing is ever done via email, (so there is no record), they always try to have phone conversations so they can change their minds 2 seconds later and pretend that's what they said during the phone call in the first place. Work life balance situation is really out of control, there is no structure and the 1 trainer they have makes the company work around their schedule. Almost every employee has other jobs, and this is just a hobby, or they just stick around to see how much more money they can get out of their investors before they catch on to their scheme. The entire company intentionally sabotaged certain projects/activities to maintain that siloed power of theirs. Some key and smart people, who have greatly contributed to the company's growth, quit the company with no notice because of such individuals. The work environment is horrible, the internal bickering between the management team is laughable. There is a general mistrust between different parts of the organization which contributes to the support and training being lack luster. Overall, it was the worst place I've ever worked at in my entire career. My Advice to clients or potential clients, just flush the $2,000 that they charge for this technically flawed and slow product down the drain, because giving it to this company, that is pretty much what you are doing any way. Most providers who know their electronic health records well, can do everything this product claims to do without having to purchase from this company.
