Great office with flexible work (3 days in office, 2 days at home). Regular social events. Market leading product.

Cons

Restructure over the last year with new president. Stressful environment with lots of admin.

Coworkers were great (what's left of them)

Cons

Horrible management. There is no clear picture of where the company is going or how you are doing as an employee. No training/onboarding and very little communication from management to associates. Huge layoffs without warning or reasoning other than "this position has been eliminated". If you aren't a part of the boys club then good luck to you. Pay is not good enough to even want to stay there.

Cons

The CEO is intelligent yet has excessive ego and has trouble connecting with his employees. This has resulted in a toxic work culture.
