      Pros

      I have been working at NOTUS SOFT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. All of which makes this is an amazing environment for someone who wants to create, learn, and innovate.

      Cons

      A big part of the company culture is centered on open and honest communication. Senior management works very hard to keep politics out of the culture, and we are taught to "talk _to_ people, not about them", to "listen with intense curiosity", to "tell others how they impact you".

      Pros

      good learning, Teamwork is a big part of the culture here. I work on my projects and can feel like I go approach anyone if I face challenges. Also, fellow engineers come to me for advice on project and issues they are working.
