Where do I start? Poor management. You can literally do what you want. Toxic workplace. No organisation. Just a very bad environment to work in. All warehouse team looking for another job. They cannot keep staff including management personnel.

Rewards people with bad attitude, leaders who think world revolves around them. You’ll work extended hours everyday while being micro managed, but you’ll never get appreciated for you hard work and dedication. Bosses who throw you under the bus for saving their arses. Managers pretend to care in front of their managers but treat staffs like peasants when no ones around. Beyond toxic with no culture whatsoever, which is evident with people leaving the business continuously. Discrimination and favouritism is very common.
