      Pros

      The best time i’ve had at nourished was when my shift was ending and I could go home.

      Cons

      Don’t believe all the comments about people not being able to face a fast paced environment. They fabricate urgency through poor management, uneven distribution of duties and an inflated sense of self for upper management. Most of them don’t understand their own product. Employees are seen like numbers and not people. The list could go on but I shall stop here.

      Nepotism at its finest

      Lunch and snacks provided which is pretty decent I guess.

      Cons

      Lots. Terrible management. Hire incorrect people, think about cost rather than experience. Not even slightly impressed. Hang people out to dry when they don’t like what they have to say. If your face doesn’t fit…

      This company is on the move in a big way and the employees know it! There's never a dull day here at Nourished and we're always testing new & innovative ways of problem-solving. The products are great and the people are even better. You'd do well to find yourself working with us :)
