Pros

On time Salary Every Month

Cons

1) 6 months Probation for any experienced Candidate. 2) Privileged Leaves Will be blocked for every employee during Probation Period and only Sick Leaves will be released. 3) Irrespective of your hard work, After Probation period, Confirmation will not be done and employee has to do multiple follow ups with Reporting Manager and HR's and they won't respond on time. 4) Management expects a Employee has to do multiple roles (BA,SM,PM,Program Management) in a Project, If Employee Say No to multiple roles they threaten you and will be kept in PIP and there will not be any Leaves approved. 5) Insurance coverage is 3 L only for Employee, Spouse and family, For additional top-up high premium will be deducted in the salary. 6) No Appraisals for initial 2 years. 7) Appraisal will happen after 3 year of service and they provided not more than 10%. 8) No Work Life Balance 9) There is a 3 year bond with 2.4L amount to be signed for Freshers 10) There will be no option of WFH 11) All Upper and Middle Management are Egotistic Mentality. 12) All are Small projects with 3 months of Duration only 13) Once the project is done, Employee should be ready to give many client interviews to get a project, if employees fails in any interview management will ask to put a resign. 14) Finally Avoid this worst Company

Pros

- Nous pay employees really well but hire/fire is very common here, so your high pay job may not stay for long time. You are always at high risk.

Cons

- Short of Projects - Just a body shopping company. They hire when they need bodies and fire when project ends & dont have good pipeline of oppurtunities - Top 3 levels managements are very bad. They dont know how world works, they are in this organization for 2 decades. Not seen outside world, they hire outside people but dont want to implement any change. - Learning will be none for the duration you work in Nous - There will be micro-management at all levels. You end up preparing same management report in different format for different people - They dont invest anything for infrastructure. - 9 hours mandatory attendance every day, whether you have work or not, have to sit in office - The decision and action will clearly show management don't plan and think.

Pros

Friends currently i don't have any pros. simply i am saying this is freshers company , seniors are treated like a slaves . please don't get tempt about seeing the salary structure. finally you will become fool.

Cons

Friends before joining this company, please think 100 times. if you dont have any option this is the final option. even though if you join here, you will be return back in a 6 months. -Because of - hell of work., but no use, it wont help your career growth. - minimum 13 hours of hours of work. (some times you can stay midnight upto 1 am) - no proper planning, because of the managers are dummy no use with them. - even you work upto midnight no use, no recognization , no hikes , managers are dumb and ego fellows - all managers are don't have proper technical skills and management skills - few managers are ego fellows and don't know how to behave with senior technical people. - first i would say they don't have projects. and clients very less hardly we can count hardly . - all are short term support projects only. - they dont have development works. if you are development skilled person then you loose entire technical skills there. - once that shorterm project is over , you will be count less. and keep on wait for biscuit for project. and count your days .. -- here HR's are just like HR's no use . even though if you reported to HR they wont bother. -- so friends what i am suggesting please think before join here. -- they don't have proper ethics, still need to improve. -- 6 months probation period , even though if you are senior technical developer also, just like fresher they behave.
