Get some experience for someone starting out.
Cons
CEO Bobby Jones is abusive to staff and clients alike. There has been a brain drain among management and staff. He doesn’t know how to lead or treat anyone with respect. Nova used to be a great program under John Goris. It’s now a shell of its former self. Work somewhere else if you can.

Standard benefits package. Very laid back

Its so laid back its almost unethical. The way admistration "cares" for and supports tech staff will have you working out of scope and monitoring an unethical case load very often. Make sure to fully document any licensure requirements, the supevisors are very lazy when it comes to submitting their part. The CEO. Bobby Jones, has been observed cussing out and blaming clients for a covid 19 spread at the agency; when in fact, it was the agency's fault for not suppling rapid test
