      Great company to work for.. till it isn't

      Pros

      Good pay my pay increase twice while working there but that was due to performance and the fact that I was carrying 90 employees that were paying for everyone's salary, the co workers are nice and the collaboration is there.

      Cons

      Work 24/7, say goodbye to work/life balance it's just work, work, work. Better Management, no advancement, expect to work on the road even while driving, commute 2-3 hours to a work site just to be there for 10-20 minutes.

      The pay was decent compared to other staffing companies

      Cons

      - Team Structure - Company communication amongst different branches - Time, they states you should be at the office from 8-5 Monday - Friday, but you also get calls on the weekends and at night that are always 'Super Important'
