Pros
There are some talented people here, most of them are also quite friendly and social. The hours are pretty flexible.
Cons
The company culture is awful, everything is dictated top-down by a handful of people and everyone else is expected to toe the line. Attempts to innovate and experiment are met with hostility, not what you would expect from a startup. Management are always thinking short-term and don't care about what their employees think. Serious morale issues throughout and talent starting to leave as a result.
