I recently worked at Novak Francella and had a disappointing experience. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which speaks volumes about employee satisfaction. Management tends to micromanage every aspect of the job, making it hard to feel trusted or valued. Training is virtually nonexistent, leaving employees to figure things out on their own, which adds to the stress. In particular, the partner managing the PCR department is incredibly unprofessional, creating a toxic environment that only worsens the already solemn and miserable atmosphere. To add insult to injury, the salary is low considering the demanding work and responsibilities expected from employees. Lastly, the company often requires in-office attendance without any clear reason, further diminishing morale. Overall, I would not recommend this position to anyone seeking a supportive and rewarding work environment.

The culture is very clique like and some Seniors/Supervisors don’t know how to teach Staff .Also be prepared to be thrown under the bus by few select Seniors/Supervising Seniors. They know who they are. Lastly, don’t be fooled by the Hybrid-model. Most management will require you to be in office even when it’s not necessary . Most of the management are workaholic controlling types, yet never provide enough assistance when out in field.
