      Pros

      Nothing is left now. As per Company Powai Lake view from Window (which is vanished now). Evening Snacks (Best Cheapest in Powai Area).

      Cons

      All Pillar employees of the company has left the organization who actually stands it. Now they have worst management.

      Dear Ex-employee, The management has surely taken note of its short comings & as we're in the process of rebranding ourselves wherein the TL's who are incharge of handling the overall performance of the platform too, are over burdened with work which may have led to certain consequences, but we'll make sure the same does not happen again.       A culture full of sycophants

      None that make them stand out.

      Cons

      The company runs entirely devoid of any planning. Of-course there are meetings and plans for namesake but all will be overrun when time comes and what happens is what is directly ordered by the CEO to developers. At that moment all plans, schedules and values are thrown out of the window and the only thing that matters is what the CEO's current whim is. - The most important bug? The one faced by CEO today. - The most important feature? Glad you asked. It's the one CEO dreamt of last night. - Deadlines? Obviously its to be done by today, how much longer do you need? Are you incompetent or what? - What if you happen to deliver something on time? CEO changes his mind and wants something else he cooked up an hour ago. And now its your fault that the project took two months instead of 2 weeks as planned.

      Hey, Clearly your experience with Novanet hasn't been fruitful but, I'd like you to understand that we've always been a self- funded company & plan to keep it that way, which is why we derive quality from our people which ultimately reflects on our products. Everyone here at Novanet is free to come up with their own ideas & if the CEO himself comes up with something astonishing then, that's definitely something to be worked upon. Every employee irrespective of whatever position is subjected to fast turnarounds. Novanet has always been adept in having a transparent environment. Although, the management at times may have faltered & hence, we're working on having a structured process in place. We're glad that you've been a part of our team & we wish you the best for your future endeavours.

      Lacks professionalism.

      Pros

      Free evening snacks. Mac workstations Beautiful view of Powai lake, walking distance from too many cool places for hanging out.

      Cons

      Engineering team lead by inexperienced person, who himself is a new born baby to It world. CEO is clueless he doesn't have any idea what is right or wrong he just blindly follows what he is told by the "leads". No proper development cycle. People leading the teams believe in flaunting their work Everytime. The average life cycle of an employee here is 6 months. PS: Most of the 5start review here are from the support team guys("NOC"). So "Developers " and "Designers " just be aware of the same fact.
