Pros

Nice people in the office, and a really fun team environment. But no other benefits. Nothing. I advise you to stay away, if you do decide to stay with them, have a lot of money saved up before you start working here.

Cons

They lie to you from day one. ABOUT EVERYTHING. Salary, compensation, work hours,... You cant sit in the office at all, even though you are standing all day going from business to business.

Pros

The company cares about its employees & clients. The atmosphere is energetic and the leadership is committed to excellence in every area. Leadership also encourages open communication which is refreshing in today's corporate environment. The employees are very driven and are always willing to help.

Cons

Hours and commute can be long, but much more rewarding and growth potential than a 9 to 5 .

Pros

Young group of energetic people. You'll learn some sales tactics and how to interact with customers.

Cons

Long hours starting as early as 7 a.m. and ending after 6 p.m. No base salary, no gas compensation for travel, 100% commission and it's small. Very difficult to sell enough to make basic ends meet. For most people a 2nd job on weekends might be a necessity which shouldn't be the case when you're working 60 hours a week.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We are glad you were able to learn some new skills during your time with us here at Novar. We have now been able to offer two pay structures: (a) base pay plus performance pay, as well as (b) straight performance pay. All employees are now able to make the choice between the two. The base plus performance structure gives an individual the an opportunity to integrate into the company and build confidence while learning a new skill set.
