      Pros

      A great technology company to work for with a strong focus on the technology and the development process. Strong agile, specifically Kanban, processes led by an enthusiastic and knowledge delivery team. With a very talented technical team with the freedom to do things right with very little pressure.

      Cons

      Still a relatively small company finding its feet in a slow moving market.

      Pros

      - Fantastic solution, an innovator in this field, which is proven by the ongoing level of engagement with clients, with some of the largest financial institutions in the world opting to work with the company - Great culture and very motivated team, friendly and flexible environment. I haven't seen such a casual and positive environment in 15+ years. - Very transparent, the CEO is open to advice and recommendation and will share the state of the business. Very experience CEO with multiple previous succesful exit!

      Cons

      - We went through some pains finding the right people for the team, people who were motivated, positive and engaged. This made a few ex-employees disgruntled. - The business is in a market where progress is slow, patience is required, so it might not be suited for everyone
