Really bad employment security and awful management

Pros

No pros, they have no idea of there business strategy and goal. Therefore employees suffer a terrible work environment and termination notices.

Cons

1. Awful HR and top level management. 2. No Job security. 3. absence of professionalism. would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Really awful.

You’ll learn how to stay motivated without rewards. Great training ground for managing disappointment and lowering expectations.

Cons

Performance, margins, client renewals — none of these reliably matter when it comes to appraisals or bonuses. Company success is celebrated loudly, but individual contributors are quietly told the business isn’t doing well enough for them. Growth conversations are recycled every year with the same promise: “next cycle.” Zero Transparency, criteria are flexible, and accountability is optional.
