pay on time. Most colleagues are nice.
Cons
The company i family owned and family run. Everything is a reflection of the owner/CEO, but in a bad way. He hates all kind of plans and never sticks to them. His attention span is 2 minutes, after which he changes the subject. He has new ideas almost every day, and tells just one person about them, and stars her/him on that job, then forgets about it the next day. He gives opposing directions to people and is very confusing to wok for.
