      Toxic IT leadership undermines a friendly workplace

      Pros

      The coworkers are friendly, and you only have to go into the office twice a week. 401k benefits are above industry standard.

      Cons

      IT leadership is inept at their jobs and is a constant revolving door. The new CIO is corrupt and promotes those who are willing to grovel her at feet. Company went through a major reorganization to be "fiscally" responsible yet somehow manages to pay top dollar for first class flights to India and expensive relocation packages. IT leadership is a constant revolving door with unqualified leadership replacing them every 1-2 years. Company loves to exploit H1B works as they are a captive workforce and is borderline abusive to them. If you love to be overworked, under appreciated, and constantly be gaslighted on how great this company is, come work here. If the plant fires and poor financial statements don't scare you, look at the other reviews.

      Fairly simple from a technical perspective and the people are generally easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Likely to be partnered with a lazy worker and be expected to pick up their slack. No actual training but expects you to train new people after you’re 90 days.
