Good working environment but management is not good.

Pros
Office is great; The ambience give you a positive mind set... The company gives opportunity to have a training,certificates for career growth... Giving the complete benefits for employee HMO,Optical,Medicine, etc; Giving the employee to have a great time - great work life balance, they just minimize the time for the employee or having a great family bonding.
Cons
Benefits though complete but for IT employee the HMO is low and a maximum of just 2 beneficiaries. Leadership on first it is great but suddenly i noticed that they are not looing or your work but listening on what other team mates told to them. They hire a lot because the infrastracture is not well organize, a lot of problem on infrastracture then when all are well organized, all are establish; they plan for re organization and suddenly the come out are a lot of employees becomes jobless due to redundancy that they applied.
