Best employer I've ever had!
Pros
They celebrate wins and tackle challenges. They respect and expect work/life balance. They enthusiastically share employees' successes with the whole team, and respectfully give constructive criticism in private. They are supportive and step in when needed, but they don't micro-manage. They teach AND learn. They seek stability, consistency, and sustainability in everything they do, without fear of change or rocking the boat. They always push for improvements and efficiency, for customers and employees. They are down-to-earth, smart, caring, hard-working, and fun. (Yes, all of them!) Best job I've ever had (by a long shot) and for me working remotely is a big cherry on top.
Cons
If working remotely isn't for you, then Novi AMS is probably not a good fit.
