Toxic company culture which seems like this company was founded in the 1970s. They watch exactly the minute you walk into the office, and if you are 1 minute late you have pay 1 euro (how childish is this?). They only look at how many hours you spent sitting on your chair, not at the output of your work or achievement made. They expect you work from 8.00h til at least 18.00h every day, but most people will be there until 19.00 or 20.00h.
Higher management is constantly lying to keep the employees motivated. They will announce some kind of great investment or next promising partnership and then keep postponing it for months and months until people get sick of it and leave the company.
Employee turnover is extremely high. They are looking for people who just agree to anything they see without asking too many questions, and who don't have a life outside of work so they can spend weekends working as well. There is no HR department in this company that cares about your well-being. Hiring is done by the Sales managers themselves.
They are extremely good at selling and making you excited about working for their company, but the moment you arrive you will notice that most of it are lies. They will never give you stock options, keep dreaming. Also forget about those Sales bonuses.
People are screaming "unicorn" through the office all day and that seems to be the only thing they care about. And if you don't participate in this brainwashing and repeating that the company will be a unicorn some day, they will think you are not motivated enough and don't fit in.
It can be a really interesting experience to join this company and see how it is run from the inside, just set your expectations right.
