Pros
Your pay rate for Operator and Assistant. 15 for Operator. 14 for Assistant.
Cons
Pressure to produce production. Lack of Lock Out, Tag out procedures. Breaks and Lunch breaks vary, if you get them. I would get 30 minutes, for a 12 hour shift. You are suppose to get 3, 15 minute breaks and 1, 30 minute lunch. Supervisors can't get in agreement with what is approved. Machines need maintenance, but company waits till it breaks down to fix. If you can keep the machine running without fixing permanently or temporarily works.

Cons
Lower pay than should be expected for the maintenance positions for experienced employees.
