Pros

There are no pros I can talk about.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked with. The work culture is extremely unhealthy and disrespectful toward employees. They don’t value individuality, creativity, or employee identity; they just expect people to behave like puppets and blindly follow whatever management says. Higher management is highly unprofessional and does not respect employees’ time, effort, or contributions. Communication is poor from the beginning. The salary is below market standards, there are almost no employee benefits, and appreciation for hard work is missing completely. Except for one decent manager, most senior management interactions were disappointing. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for growth, respect, a healthy work culture, or professional management.

Pros

- Good place if your goal is to quickly collect “experience.” You’ll get exposure to live projects right from the internship itself because you won’t really have much of a choice anyway. - Plenty of opportunities to build stamina and resilience early in your career - like working 15-16 hours a day, and learning how to sacrifice work-life balance. - Also a great crash course in dealing with very “challenging” (toxic) management styles early in your career. - Permanent work from home, which is convenient since you’ll probably be working most of the time anyway. - Tech stack isn’t the most modern, but at least you’ll walk away with something to put on your resume. - If nothing else, it will definitely teach you exactly what to look for - and what to avoid - in your next company.

Cons

- Hard to even summarise the cons because there are quite a few - management behaviour, compensation, hikes, and even basic professional etiquette toward employees have noticeably gone downhill over time. - Unrealistic deadlines are common, often leading to extremely long working hours and an expectation to be available almost 24/7. Work-life balance is practically nonexistent on most projects. - Project planning often feels very short-term - more like “let’s do this for now and see what happens.” This often leads to rework, rebuilding the same things repeatedly, and months of effort being restarted. - Several projects end up being rewritten because earlier versions couldn’t handle scaling properly, and the “new versions” usually feel like small fixes to problems created earlier rather than proper long-term solutions. - Micromanagement is quite common. - Career growth feels limited and inconsistent. Promotions and recognition often seem to favour people who simply agree with management decisions. - Management communication can sometimes be unnecessarily aggressive. - Salary hikes and bonuses are frequently delayed, which can be frustrating for employees expecting timely recognition for their work. - Overall culture tends to prioritise delivery at any cost rather than sustainable work practices.
