The company really cares about what you do, where you are and if you are confortable. Lots of internal opportunities.

Cons

Pros

They always want you to succeed and achieve your projects. The company has a lot of flexibility and micro management doesn't exist. Communication and collaboration are key for the company and always reinforced.

Cons

I started straight away into a big project so I didn't have a proper onboarding. However it was an exception.
