Cons

Pros

They always want you to succeed and achieve your projects. The company has a lot of flexibility and micro management doesn't exist. Communication and collaboration are key for the company and always reinforced.

Cons

I started straight away into a big project so I didn't have a proper onboarding. However it was an exception.
