A fresh coat of paint attempts to cover the rotting carcass that it is on the inside
Pros
The eighth wonder of the world. How talent acquisition manages to repeatedly lure nice, educated people while promising near-minimum wage remuneration and barely any benefits to speak of is a complete mystery
Cons
"A fish rots from the head down" Communication from the top is dreadful. Upper to middle management are addicts of blame culture; workplace toxicity shows no sign of improvement and is projected to become worse with an official "punishment system". Ewwww Management has a fanatical obsession for cutting corners at all costs. Literally. Which means overtime isn't paid unless you fight for it, wages resemble allowances for interns, most equipment is allowed to go unfixed for months, management cries bloody murder for every sheet of paper printed in colour.
