Novotech is a great place to work. Plenty of room to take ownership, lead initiatives, and be the go-to person for your space. Internal promotions and role expansions happen often for high performers. Flexible working hours, inclusive, great learning opportunities.

Cons

Workload can be high due to rapid company growth and expanding study volume. You need strong prioritisation skills. Compensation is not fully aligned with current market benchmarks
