      horrible management and office dynamics

      pay is decent business trips paid for by company

      ridiculous amounts of overtime micromanaging managers + managers who have no clue what they're doing and appear to have severe memory problems lots of passive aggression between different coworkers people out to get one another...

      Some employees were positive and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Most of management was very difficult to work with. They make employees seem as if they are insignificant and they are not willing to listen to suggestions or help in any way. No teamwork mentality among employees. At times was almost a hostile environment to work in mostly due to having unrealistic project schedules.

      Some of the employees in other departments were respectful, helpful, and nice.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking management skills! My supervisor was very condescending on a regular basis, he has the attitude of "Its my way or the highway" he wasn't open for suggestions, There was no communication at all. He would take any opportunity to make someone feel small and insignificant. There is no type of team vibe. there is no Integrity!
