Horrific pay. Absolutely no reasonable incentives for high performers. Management are the worst I have ever seen and are downright vicious to their staff. All you ever heard working there was about how one manager or another was having an absolute fit over nothing. Several of my colleagues quit due to stress during my employment. The company places absolutely no value whatsoever upon their staff. Training is terrible and unorganised yet you are expected to perform in a role that hasn't been explained to you in the slightest. Warm-calling is often on the cold side and customers are often extremely unreceptive and full of complaints. The company often dismissed staff with absolutely no credible reasoning.

Unless you go for a high position within Head Office, forget about your life. You won't have it. Actually, there will be a moment where your life will become work, and you won't even go for a drink outside workplace. Very little room for promotion, it doesn't matter how good you do it or how much you get involved. Management is totally separated from rest of staff and provide no support whatsoever. Doesn't matter you have good ideas to improve the way things are done, they won't even listen to them.
