      Pros

      The money was super easy. Weekends off.

      Cons

      Getting in contact with upper management is difficult. All contact seems to stop at local supervisor. I've had a few questions that my supervisor wouldn't answer. I tried to go higher with my inquiries but never received any answers. Wear & tear on your vehicle. Long distances driving. Independent contracting work. If you get hurt on the job, don't expect to come back to work after being cleared.

      Pros

      The Now Courier management team has been wonderful from the start. I've worked here since earlier this year and I had a major medical issue arise and they've been supportive and understanding. I've had an excellent start to my career here and look forward to many years.

      Cons

      I've had no issues to this point.
