Absolute shambles - avoid like the plague
Pros
It's a good learning curve for what sort of agency NOT to work for Some genuine good people who are overshadowed by the egos and narcissistic others Part-time hours during holiday periods are good - but industry standard in education recruitment....
Cons
* Strongly encouraged to work while company claiming furlough funds for us * Too many egos causing scenes * Gossip absolutely rife in the office. Personal matters often spread like wildfire and encouraged by management * Company somehow cannot afford to pay our commission despite incredible profit from last year * Individuals held to different standards than others - certain egos are allowed to go running to the MD throwing tantrums when they can't get their own way * No confidence in candidates being safe enough to go into schools based on the tricks they pull to push candidates into schools despite there being in-house compliance * Forced social media moments to hide the atmosphere in the office * Very untrustworthy characters who are not managed properly
