NIM is led by a brilliant and engaging owner, Tim, who thinks outside of the box and works to ensure employees are heard and valued. He has the ability to find and recruit the most brilliant people: my coworkers and the leadership team was all fantastically brilliant and interesting to work with. It was a great experience.
