Can work remote Very competitive hourly rate Full benefits that included medical/dental/vision and 2 weeks paid vacation plus 5 flex days (something no one else was offering, I’m not sure why there are other reviews stating otherwise, I couldn’t find another company that offered me as much) They took the time to teach me new skills Understanding bosses who are flexible Lots of opportunity to get promotions/raises

Cons

No office bonding anymore since they went fully remote. I miss being in the office with everyone and our holiday parties, birthday celebrations, etc.
