Leadership team is super green but seems to be in denial of that fact. Employees are not treated like human beings and are expected to be emotionless robots. Office politics and the egos of the people in charge get in the way of everything. Lots of sus/quiet firing going on. There is way more finger-pointing/blame-placing rather than mature problem-solving. Everyone, even the people in charge, just seems miserable.

I worked here for a year and added little to my resume. The leadership is abusive and unethical. Leadership would rather go on expensive and lengthy off-sites than keep on talented employees (ie. massive layoffs then a retreat a month later).
