Uncapped salary for buyers Team spirit Business trips and trade fairs Good learning to move on to future roles in a different company
Cons
Management not taking reality into account (just following higher management that is disconnected from reality and the fact that they are all scared of him and being fired for saying the wrong thing) Competition between Marketing and Buyers' team with different KPI's which creates tension
