- Best company culture I've encountered: inclusion, transparency, no space for bad behaviour, respect among everyone, you feel you can speak up is something is not right or does not feel right - Respect towards employees from management: respect for work-life balance, sick time, personal struggles - Work-life balance - Big customers - you get to work on large projects and teams - Career development opportunities - People can change roles and get promoted - Time-zone friendly - You get to learn new things - and you are given the time you need - Financial benefits - new desk/laptop/office equipment
