Even no one in nsight employees having besting thing to say.Previous good and complemented reviews all are fake reviewes those reviews are created by internal HR people.

Cons

No hikes. Work pressure is full No support from managment and hr Hr totaly missusing ther roles and responsibilities. While in the reviews and promotioms time they are targetting each and every employee and their BGV. Mostely worest thing is hr department i didn't saw anywhere like this.they are perfectly sutiable for fish market sellers. Without making discussing any one on any thing they will shoot outbthe mails employee behaviour is very bad,irresponsible,not technical like.

My Name Is Ravi Yechuri . I worked in Nsight Inc for 5 Years , started as a US IT Recruiter to Account Manager Role and recently moved. This is a brief about the company and culture . I started my journey with Nsight when the team was 30 since then I never saw Nsight stepping back . Team is constantly growing and now holds great talent in house. Every day is a new learning and to mention Nsight only works with Direct Clients and long term projects in house / Onsite . If you want to grow in your career , better and transparent package, Onsite Opportunity, Direct client engagements, mainly long term association . This is the right place. CEO lives in the US but he is just a call away . You need him he lands in India . Very approachable management and they recognize talent and encourage learning Note : This is not a place for the fainted hearts or lazy laid back attitudes. They run a RACE everyday ! Peace

Every company has cons, in the end what matters 1) You being paid on time 2) Benefits 3) job security. They don't just let go anyone they will try and try to retain talent and make sure you grow along with the company.
