Pros

There are many hardworking and talented employees throughout the organization, and I had the opportunity to build strong relationships during my time there. The company also provided exposure to a wide variety of accounting responsibilities and cross-functional projects.

Cons

Workload expectations became increasingly difficult to sustain, particularly after leadership and staffing changes. Long work hours were often treated as the standard rather than the exception, even when efficiencies and process improvements were implemented. Communication and decision-making consistency within leadership could also be challenging at times, which created frustration and made it difficult for managers to fully support their teams effectively.

Pros

Work from home unless forced to go to office

Cons

Don’t get me wrong, I know HR already doesn’t care about an employee’s well being but they make it so obvious and make it a miserable place to work and create a retaliatory environment. I have lost so much time with family for bending the knee to this company and I never have to do it again, thankfully.
