Decent starting salary and a good learning curve. A good place to pick up a load of web-oriented technologies as a graduate, and work with loads of system architectures too.

High staff turnover, combative office culture. I joined with 4 other junior engineers who had all left within two years. Not really made to feel part of a team or important in any way.
friendly atmosphere, extremely bright colleagues, innovative company, entrepreneurial mentality, things get done rather than get caught in red tape, the office is well located

the office furniture is pretty... basic. Not that a development company needs to invest that much in decoration but it is very... grey in here
