      Amazing concept, poor management

      Amazing coworkers, super helpful partner carriers & hour lunches, stock options

      Cons

      Narcissistic management. TLs that bully employees into quitting. Mass firing sprees. Favoritism. Overworking staff & never showing appreciation but pointing out every little mistake. No compensation for overtime nor PTO.
