      Pros

      Ntara is a great company that fosters a fun, hardworking, and innovative culture. I am able to work autonomously without much micromanagement, but have the opportunity to collaborate with the entire team. It's a big town agency feel without all the attitude.

      Cons

      The job is very demanding, but rewarding. I work a lot of hours in this role.
