      Worst job I ever had, run for the hills!

      Nothing good about this place

      Management is awful They expect you to work 60 hours a week for 40 hours pay Job was supposed to be an assistant job, but was more of an accounting job Interview process was long and they have you do a long written personality test

      Should have been a red flag that the boss fired 2 people in the role within one year before I took on the role. Boss was sick with a "cold" for a month and would complain about you covering all the work if something wasn't perfect while they are out of office....publicly (everyone and their dog on the e-mails)....this is the culture. Upper management knows each other from prior roles and will gang up on you. Very immature. People getting fired left and right.

      Pros

      I had lunch with the CEO my second week and didn’t even know that it was him because his picture had short hair but his hair is actually longer. He was really down to earth and I didn’t find out he was the CEO until my manager told me that she saw me have lunch with him. The work schedule is two days in office which is very flexible. No complaints around having doctor appointments and stuff to handle. My work load was always done. Mary Otey made the office awesome and the CFO was definitely awesome. The most down to other hands on people I’ve ever worked with and if I ever go back to Georgia I am hoping for a welcome back!

      Freezing office and not many remote opportunities.
